Service Agreements

A. Ralph Woodrow, Inc is offering you our customers Service Agreements on your heating, cooling and plumbing systems. The Service Agreement for Heating and Cooling is called the Safety and Efficiency Agreement (SEA). The Plumbing Agreement is called the Performance and Reliability Agreement (PRA). Below is a list of our different service agreements and service agreement add-on items and the service provided with each level of service agreement.

Basic Level service agreements include the following items *+

  1. 10% Discount on all services including Service Dispatch Fee’s
  2. Service warranty extension for repairs from 3 yrs to 6 yrs
  3. Priority service
  4. Visual inspection of all visible parts of system
  5. Minor adjustment of covered items
  6. Basic cleaning of equipment dust and vacuum equipment
  7. Air conditioner or heat pump visually checked for leaks

Standard Level service agreements include the following items * ** ***

  1. All services in the basic level plus:
  2. Complete cleaning of equipment
  3. Complete diagnostic testing
  4. Baseline operating parameters taken on all equipment and compared each year
  5. Filters changed on furnaces or air handlers
  6. Faucets greased and internal parts inspected
  7. Water heaters serviced
  8. Sump pumps serviced and inspected
  9. Toilets leak tested
  10. Faucet aerators cleaned

Premium Level service agreements include the following items * ** ***

  1. All services in the Basic and Standard levels plus
  2. One years worth of air filters (12)
  3. Change humidifier pad
  4. SEA’s include replacement of failed controls, igniters and motors (does not include circuit boards or gas valves)
  5. PRA’s include replacement of cartridges, washers, seats, stems, toilet flappers, fill valves and water heater controls and elements only(does not include circuit boards, gas valves or other items not mentioned)

 

Service Agreement Add-ons

Drain Service - - - $1,199/yr

We come out to your home 2 times a year to run machines down your drains and sewer to keep them clear. We will also treat the drains with bio-clean. We will treat the sewer with root-x if you have had root problems.

Septic treatment service - - - $659/yr

We will come out once a month to treat your septic system with Bio-clean to keep it operating at peak performance.

Tankless water heater service - - - $299/yr

Clean and service your tankless water heater once every year. First year if service ports are not installed on the water lines an extra charge of $300 would apply

Perpetual water heater - - - $249/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential gas or electric water heaters less than 3 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new water heater every 8 years from date of agreement so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual water heater add-on. No more leaking water heaters no more surprises. Not valid on tankless heaters.

Perpetual tankless water heater - - - $349/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential gas or electric tankless water heaters less than 3years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new water heater every 12 years from date of agreement so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual tankless water heater add-on. No more leaking water heaters no more surprises. 

Perpetual Furnace - - - $379/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential furnaces less than 5 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent furnace every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Furnace add-on. 

Perpetual Air Conditioner - - - $379/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential Air Conditioners less than 5 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Air Conditioner every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Air Conditioner add-on. 

Perpetual Heat Pump - - - $679/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential heat Pumps less than 5 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Heat Pump and air handler or furnace every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Heat Pump add-on. 

Perpetual Boiler - - - $779/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential Boilers less than 8 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Boiler every 25 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Boiler add-on. 

Perpetual High Efficiency Boiler - - - $1,199/yr*** ****

Only valid on properly installed residential Boilers less than 3 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Boiler every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Boiler add-on. 

We will accept automatic monthly payments on Premium Level Agreements or any Agreement with Add-on items for a 5% processing fee and the first three months up front. These monthly payments will be continuous unless cancelled in writing. Rates may change from year to year customer will be notified in writing of any rate changes.

+ All Service Agreements are transferable to new home owners if done in writing with in 60 days of closing.

* Customers with heat pumps must get the heating and cooling SEA

** Customers with oil heat systems must get the Standard Level SEA at a minimum because complete cleanings are required on oil systems.

*** Customers with perpetual equipment plans must maintain at a minimum Standard Level SEA to ensure proper life expectancy of equipment 

**** The system must be in operating condition before this can be purchased
