Service Agreements

A. Ralph Woodrow, Inc is offering you our customers Total Service Agreements on your heating, cooling and plumbing systems. The Service Agreement for Heating and Cooling is called the Safety and Efficiency Agreement (SEA). The Plumbing Agreement is called the Performance and Reliability Agreement (PRA). Basic Service Agreement Includes The Following Items +

  1. Priority Service after customers with Standard and Premium Service Agreements
  2. Reduced "Service Dispatch Fee" 20% off during regular business hours
  3. Reduced "Emergency Service Dispatch Fee" 25% off during off hours
  4. 20% Discount on all services

Basic Service Agreement - - - $89/yr

Standard Service Agreement Includes The Following Items +
  1. All items in the Basic
  2. Service warranty extension for repairs from 3 yrs to 6 yrs
  3. Priority service after customers with Premium level Service Agreements
  4. Visual inspection of all visible parts of system
  5. Minor adjustment of covered items
  6. Air conditioner or heat pump visually checked for leaks
  7. Complete cleaning of air conditioning equipment once per year
  8. Complete cleaning of heating equipment once per year
  9. Complete diagnostic testing of equipment and fixtures during each inspection and cleaning
  10. Baseline operating parameters taken on all equipment and compared each year
  11. Filters changed on furnaces or air handlers during inspections and cleanings
  12. Faucets greased and internal parts inspected
  13. Water heaters serviced
  14. Sump pumps serviced and inspected
  15. Toilets leak tested
  16. Faucet aerators cleaned

Premium Level service agreements include the following items + * #

  1. All services in the Basic and Standard levels plus
  2. One years worth of air filters (12)
  3. Change humidifier pad
  4. SEA’s include replacement of failed controls, igniter's and motors
  5. PRA’s include replacement of cartridges, washers, seats, stems, toilet flappers, fill valves, water heater controls and elements only (water or waste line leaks or stoppages are not covered)

Service Agreement Add-ons

Drain Service - - - $349/yr or $55/mo

We come out to your home 2 times a year to run machines down your drains and sewer to keep them clear. We will also treat the drains with bio-clean. We will treat the sewer with root-x if you have had root problems.

Septic treatment service - - - $939/yr or $79/mo

We will come out once a month to inspect and treat your septic system with Bio-clean to keep it operating at peak performance.

Pump service - - - $1,199/yr or $100/mo

We will come out once a month to inspect and test your well or sewage pump system. Includes cleaning and/or changing of any filters or screens on the system. Water treatment systems such as softeners or neutralizers are not included.

Water treatment system service - - - $1049/yr or $88/mo

We will come out every other month to inspect and test your water treatment system. This service is for Water Softeners, Neutralizers, etc. Each visit includes equipment adjustments as needed. Delivery and replacement of consumable products included on an as needed basis. In addition, water quality tests will be performed during each service visit

Tankless water heater service - - - $299/yr or $26/mo

Clean and service your tankless water heater once every year. First year if service ports are not installed on the water lines an extra charge of $300 would apply

Perpetual water heater - - - $249/yr or $21/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed and functioning residential gas or electric water heaters less than 3 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new water heater every 8 years from date of agreement so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual water heater add-on. No more leaking water heaters no more surprises. Not valid on tankless heaters.

Perpetual tankless water heater - - $379/yr or $32/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed and functioning residential gas or electric tankless water heaters less than 3years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new water heater every 12 years from date of agreement so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual tankless water heater add-on. No more leaking water heaters no more surprises. 

Perpetual Furnace - - - $379/yr or $32/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed and functioning residential furnaces less than 5 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent furnace every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Furnace add-on. 

Perpetual Air Conditioner - - - $479/yr or $41/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed residential Air Conditioners less than 5 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Air Conditioner every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Air Conditioner add-on. 

Perpetual Heat Pump - - - $579/yr or $49/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed and functioning residential heat Pumps less than 5 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Heat Pump and air handler or furnace every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Heat Pump add-on. 

Perpetual Boiler - - - $419/yr or $36/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed and functioning residential Boilers less than 8 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Boiler every 25 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Boiler add-on. 

Perpetual High Efficiency Boiler - - - $839/yr or $71/mo* #

Only valid on properly installed and functioning residential Boilers less than 3 years old at start of agreement. You will receive a new equivalent Boiler every 15 years from date of manufacture so long as you remain a Service Agreement customer with the Perpetual Boiler add-on. 

Payments on Service Agreements and Add-on items will be deducted on a monthly or annual basis as agreed unless canceled in writing with a minimum 30 day notice. Upon cancellation all monies paid are forfeited. Service Agreement monthly payments require a deposit equal to 2 months payments at conception. Rates may change from year to year customer will be notified in writing a minimum of 60 days prior to any rate changes.

+ All Service Agreements are transferable to new home owners if done in writing with in 60 days of closing.

* Customers with perpetual equipment plans must maintain at a minimum a Standard Level Total Agreement to ensure proper life expectancy of equipment 

# The system must be in operating condition before this can be purchased
